Kotaro Isaka
Born in Chiba Prefecture in 1971. Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Tohoku University in 1995 . He made his debut in 2000 with "Audubon's Prayer," which won the Shincho Mystery Club Award. In 2004 , he won the Yoshikawa Eiji Literary Newcomer Award for "Duck and Duckling Coin Locker." In 2008 , he won the Booksellers' Award and the Yamamoto Shugoro Prize for "Golden Slumber." In 2014 , he won the University Reader's Award for "Maria Beetle." In 2017 , he won the Shizuoka Bookstore Award (Novel Category) for " AX " In 2020 (Reiwa 2 ), he won the Shibata Renzaburo Prize for "Reverse Socrates."
