This ultra-high density cotton gabardine uses 20/1 SUPER ZERO yarn for both the warp and weft. By using SUPER ZERO yarn, despite being an ultra-high density fabric, the finished fabric is untwisted, resulting in a fabric with almost no twist in the yarn.

Therefore, compared to other high-density fabrics available on the market, this fabric is not stiff despite its high density, and is soft while retaining the firmness that comes from its high density, and it contains more air, making it light and fluffy.

Another characteristic of the texture is its dry, vintage-like feel, which is a by-product of the degreasing process that occurs when the yarn is kneaded in hot water at high temperatures for a long time during the untwisting process.
